Exchange and Store Credit Policy;

Here at Sirio Works all our products come newly created and guarantee our workmanship. As we accept any defective item for exchange or what type of store credit contingent upon in what state the item is in when returned with original sales receipt. Item must be in new, unworn, and unused state for full store credit with original sales receipt within 30 days of date of purchase in order to receive an exchange or store credit.

*** PLEASE NOTE*** There will be no store credit or exchanges on adult themed or custom requested made item(s).

Returning items to us;

Please email us to retrieve a return authorization number and if this is a request for exchange or store credit. Please be advised that customer must pay for return shipping. If item(s) is deemed to be truly defective these costs will be refunded back to customer.

Please return the item(s) in the original box if possible otherwise use a box of your choosing to any prevent damage to item(s) during transit.

Once receive the returned item(s) we will email customer within 3-5 business days. At that time we will inform customer of type of credit and or exchange options.

Yes! There are no purchase limits, additional requirements, or hidden agendas to meet in order to receive this benefit with us. As it is our way at Sirio Works to show our graditude to our customers for doing business with us.

All products are hand crafted with the highest quality standard making the demand and desire for these items high. With this said we ask for 7-9 business days from date of purchase. Please keep in mind we do not have any control over delivery timeframes and ask to keep this in mind when placing your orders.

We are excited to happily say no; As we have many new products inline for production. These new products will roll out as soon as we can, yet the demand on our products speak for what you all ask and seek for.
